Paige is originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and received her degree in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University in 2015.  She practices from an anti-diet, Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective, and emphasizes principles of Intuitive Eating, self-compassion, and somatics in her work. As well as working as a dietitian, Paige spends part of her week in the ceramic studio. The slow, intentional nature of this artistic practice positively influences her counseling work. From work with her clients, her own life experience, and from ongoing education in the field, Paige is acutely aware of the importance of nervous system regulation for positive, sustainable behavior change. Thus, she is a major proponent of the healing capacity of art and other sensory-engaging practices to help clients move towards a feeling of relaxation (and improved digestion!)

Paige has eight years of experience in outpatient counseling settings, both in a general capacity and at an eating disorder treatment facility. She sees clients with eating disorders (including ARFID), general disordered eating, weight concerns and/or body image struggles. She also enjoys working with people with ADHD as she has experience with this temperament herself.

Other interest areas include: gastrointestinal issues / irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), blood sugar concerns (pre-diabetes, diabetes), polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and women's health.

When she is not working with clients or sculpting clay, Paige enjoys gardening, eating tasty food, nature walks, biking around town, singing poorly, and spending time with friends and her dog Nalu.

Paige accepts the following insurances: BCBS/Regence, PacificSource (not the Legacy Plan), United, and First Choice.
